In case of complaints, please contact the technical support or contact us directly via WhatsApp or by filling out the form available on the site. If the technical support team cannot resolve the complaint or dispute submitted legally, then together, we pledge to resolve such disputes through arbitration or small claims rather than courts of general jurisdiction, and we ask that you assist us in resolving such disputes within thirty days after you notify us of such issues prior to submitting the matter to arbitration.
